Here on Words, Wit & Wisdom, it’s time for fun and games…and August is our “Be a Character Bonanza”

Yeah, one click is all it takes to see your name in print – you can open up a book and discover that you are one of the characters. So jump in and join the fun…one click – simple easy fun. Nothing to buy, no puzzles to solve – just click Follow this Blog and you’re in on the action.

CUPID’S CHRISTMAS is scheduled to be released in late October and three characters in this book will bear the names of our three contest winners.  All you have to do is click the link to follow the Words Wit and Wisdom blog and your name will be entered into a drawing from which we will select the three character names.  PLUS the winners will receive a paperback copy of CUPID’S CHRISTMAS so you can show your new-found fame  to friends and family.

Just leave a comment on the blog with the name you’d like to see in the book – it can be yours, your best friends, or somebody you’d like to give a fun surprise. I’m looking for mostly female names, but if the name of a male who totally irresistible pops up…well, what’s a gal to do…..

Stop by my Facebook Author page and click “Like” – it’s good for a second entry. I’m making it easy, here’s the link  AUTHOR, BETTE LEE CROSBY

My grandmother passed away a couple of months ago (the day after my mother’s birthday) and she had the most beautiful name, Genevieve. I would be thrilled if you used her name! I can’t wait to read Cupid’s Christmas!

I think it would be wonderful to honor and remember 2 extremely special people that touched my and my husband’s life. Thank you!

    • Bette Lee Crosby September 4, 2012 at 6:28 pm #

Hi Tamara, Just wanted to stop by and say that although the name Josephine Royce was not a winner in the Click-it to Fame contest (it was a luck of the draw thing) I think your story is beautiful and will definitely be using this name in a future book, and it will be for a very likeable character. Thank you for entering.
      Best regards, Bette
